WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a non-invasive technique to promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centres to enable a good flow of energy through the body. It is administered by "laying hands on" the body at centres (chakras) of the body and is based on the idea of channelling universal light and love through a Reiki Master/Practitioner to a client.
